About Me
Sandra Hong, MACP, LMHC, MHP
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LH61673912). I am also certified as a Mental Health Professional (MHP), allowing me to support a wide range of client needs.
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. Many of my clients feel "stuck" — in careers, relationships, or negative thought patterns — and are seeking support to overcome mental and emotional barriers. Together, we will identify unhelpful thoughts, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards lasting healing and growth.
I am empathetic in my approach and will never judge your experiences or setbacks. My goal is to provide a safe space while also offering honest feedback and guidance that leads to meaningful change. I have worked with people from many different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds during my work in community mental health, private practice, ministry, and non-profits.
I offer the option to integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process. It is a passion of mine to incorporate biblical principles to help navigate life's challenges and strengthen spiritual growth. I respect every client's unique experiences and values, and I am happy to base my care on your preference. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that empowers you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
