Education & Experience
I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC 60897377) and I am certified in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Professional. My private practice is catered to promoting the mental health of adolescents and adults. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem.
Vision & Goals
My goals in counseling are to provide a safe place for individuals to share their stories, provide coping strategies and perspective, and empower individuals to make changes according to their faith, goals, and values. I am a female Christian therapist with experience both in and out of faith settings. We can integrate faith into our work if this is something you are looking for.
