What is Counseling?

Counseling is a place you receive support and experience growth during challenging times in your life. I will help you work through your story and provide perspective on root issues. We will explore past and current experiences to understand how they have impacted you and work collaboratively towards your goals. Counseling may be difficult at times because it asks that you are open about parts of your life you may not be used to sharing. Your vulnerability and willingness to show up will bring the best results. I am relational in my approach and will never judge you for your story or setbacks. My aim is to provide a supportive environment for your growth.
